The 4-week Flow
Week 1: Little You
Safety, compassion, and repair
This week is about meeting the version of you who learned how to survive—often by being good, quiet, strong, or responsible.
Through elevation, you’ll connect with your inner child not to relive the past, but to offer the safety, attunement, and love she didn’t always receive. As Little You feels seen and protected, the nervous system softens—and self-love begins at the root.
Week 2: Future You
Trust, possibility, and self-belief
Here, you’ll attune to the version of you who already lives in self-trust, ease, and confidence.
Future You isn’t aspirational or perfect—she’s grounded, kind, and deeply on your side. By connecting with her wisdom and perspective, you begin to make choices today that honor where you’re going, not just where you’ve been.
Week 3: Present You
Acceptance, honesty, and presence
This week brings everything into the now.
You’ll work with the version of you who’s here—today—holding desires, contradictions, emotions, and real life. Through elevation, you’ll practice meeting yourself without judgment, urgency, or self-improvement energy.
Self-love becomes less about becoming someone else, and more about staying with yourself as you are.
Week 4: Embodied Self-Love
Integration, boundaries, and lived devotion
In the final week, self-love moves out of concept and into the body.
You’ll integrate Little You, Present You, and Future You into one grounded, self-honoring identity—one that knows how to care for herself through action, rest, boundaries, and choice.
This is where self-love becomes felt, lived, and sustainable.
How It Works
Daily Elevation Audios (5–10 min) + Reflection: Hypnosis audio recordings, nervous system practices, and reflection prompts that bring old pattens into conscious awareness so they can be cleared, and reprogram the brain towards your new default state of abundance.
Weekly Core Elevation (20–30 min): A weekly deep dive into the theme to shift your money identity from the root.
Anchor Actions: Simple real-world experiments that turn inner shifts into embodied results.
This isn’t about fixing yourself.

Kelsey Lettko is the founder of the Elevated You Method— a transformational approach to lasting change that begins deep within the subconscious mind. After nearly a decade of studying and practicing modalities for growth, healing, and transformation, she distilled her work into a potent, integrative method that helps high-achieving individuals shift from stuck to expanded.
She’s is a certified Integrative Hypnotist, Theta Healing Hypnotherapist, Life Coach, Yoga Teacher, and Reiki practitioner. She also brings over 10 years of experience in startup operations and corporate culture development, giving her a unique ability to bridge the woo with corporate and make the inner work tangible to elevate leadership and performance.
