This isn't more strategy, more mindset tips, or another modality that shifts something without changing you. I work directly with the subconscious mind and nervous system — through hypnotherapy, subconscious reprogramming, and somatic coaching — to find the invisible programming underneath the block. This is a 6-month commitment, and within that we can have up to sessions per month together. The very first one is 90-minutes, and the rest of our 1:1 sessions are 50-minutes.
Sessions range from deep reprogramming to masterminding, from coaching to tactical strategic council.
In between sessions, you’ll have suggested reflections, “soulwork”, and elevations to listen to that support your rewire.
This offering is most effective when you give yourself permission to be your own VIP client for 6 months. I recommend you dedicate at least 2 hours per month to meet 1:1, and 5-10 minutes per day to your elevation practice.
